Project 1: Testing assumptions of fMRI adaptation using intracortical recordings in MTfig6

Background: We investigated how neural activity in the middle temporal area of the macaque monkey changes after repeated exposure to the same stimulus (i.e., adaptation) and used this to gain insight into the assumptions underlying the fMRI adaptation method (fMRIa).
